Brecon Cathedral Evensong

Join the Elizabethan Madrigal Singers for Choral Evensong at Brecon Cathedral.

Choral Evensong has a long tradition within the Anglican church. The service provides a perfect blend of music, readings and prayer.

The Mads are performing at Brecon to celebrate our 75th Anniversary. 

The repetoire will consist of:

Introit: Laudate Nomen Domini, Tye

Psalm: 150, Stanford

Magnificat and Nunc Dimitis: Brewer in D

Anthem: O thou the Central Orb, Wood

Organ Voluntary: Fanfare, Mathias

The Evensong starts promptly at 15:30, so please be seated and ready before then.
